Rosanna's father was Charles Millington and her mother was Ann Shone. Her paternal grandparents were William Millington and Jane Williams. She had five brothers and three sisters, named William, John, Joseph, Charles, Charles, Jane, Rose and Mary. She had an adopted brother named Robert. She died at the age of 3 in September 1867 in Bistre. Her burial was on September 17th, 1867 in Bistre.²¹
