Joseph was born on November 19th, 1866 in Bistre.¹

Birth Notes

Joseph's father was Charles Millington and his mother was Ann Shone. His paternal grandparents were William Millington and Jane Williams. He had four brothers and four sisters, named William, John, Charles, Charles, Jane, Rosanna, Rose and Mary. He had an adopted brother named Robert. He died at the age of 79 in January 1946 in Leigh.²
