Sarah Ann Mather

Sarah was born in 1865 in Tyldesley.¹ Sarah's father was John Mather and her mother was Alice Millington. Her paternal grandparents were William Mather and Martha Tyldesley. She had a brother and three sisters, named John, Martha, Caroline and Elizabeth. She was the oldest of the five children.
