Samuel Mather

Samuel was born in June 1867 in Salford.¹

Samuel's father was James Mather and his mother was Fanny Davies. His paternal grandparents were Richard Mather and Alice Tweedy. He had two brothers and three sisters, named James, Justin, Alice, Emma and Kate. He was the oldest of the six children.
