Reuben Mather (Reuben Crocker)

Reuben was born in December 1849 in Bradshaw.¹

Reuben's father was James Cocker and his mother was Jane Mather.  His maternal grandparents were (Ann) Mather and Sarah Jackson. He had two brothers and seven sisters, named Edmund, Simon, Mary, Sarah, Alice, Sophia, Rhoda, Susannah and Cordelia.  He was the oldest of the ten children.  He died at the age of 85 on January 31st, 1935 in Darwen.²
