Sarah was born in 1796 in Bolton and her christening took place on July 24th, 1796 at St. Peter's (Bolton).1 Birth Notes
Can find no christenings for Sarah Jackson in Turton or Edgworth, and this is the only one for Bolton. However, I would expect Sarah to have a son Robert (named after her father) and I havent found one.

Cant find a death in Bolton, but the burial in Heaton confirms her age perfectly.
General Notes
Sarah must have died after Dec 1832 when Reuben was born, but before 1837 when Isaac married Jame Lee. Isaac and family were at Edgworth with Jane in 1841.
