Rachel was not baptised, although 5 other children were baptised in 1817, 1819 and 1821 at Accrington.
There is another Rachel, daughter of James a weaver born 1816 who married James Robinson.
In 1827, Rachel (aged 8) travelled to the US with parents James and Mary (both 40) and John, Elizabeth, Martha, Sarah, James and Mary
