Martha Ann Mather

Martha was born in 1876 in Edgworth.¹ Martha's father was John Mather and her mother was Margaret Haslam. Her paternal grandparents were Andrew Mather and Elizabeth (Isabella) Holden. She had a brother and a sister, named Jane and Alice. She was the youngest of the three children. She died at the age of 92 in 1968.
