Jane Mather

Jane was born in 1819 in Bolton.¹

Jane is no longer alive.

General Notes
- It's not clear who Jane was, exept she is the daughter of John Mather a weaver, and was born in Bolton about 1819. She probably had a close brother John who was a marriage witness. Jane may be one of the un-baptised Mather from Egerton. She may be the daughter of John Mather and Ann Thompson, born 1818.
  
  8 Oct 1843, John Wallis, weaver, son of John Wallis a bricklayer married Jane Mather of Rumworth, daughter of John Mather.
  
  In 1851, John and Jane were 31 & 32, living at Rumworth.

- Jane and Jane Mather distrusted each other.
