Emma Mather

Emma was born in March 1859 in Bury.¹

Emma's father was Edwin Mather and her mother was Jane Ann Barlow. Her paternal grandparents were Robert Mather and Grace Wood. She had a brother and a sister, named Joseph and Elinor. She was the oldest of the three known children.
