Elizabeth Alice Mather

Elizabeth was born in 1858 in Rochdale.¹

Elizabeth's father was Joseph Mather and her mother was Nancy Morris. Her paternal grandparents were John Mather and Ann Manock. She had two brothers and three sisters, named James, John, Mary, Olivia and Selina. She was the third oldest of the six children.
