Elizabeth Mather

Elizabeth was born in August 1835 in Manchester and her baptism took place on August 30th, 1835 at Manchester Cathedral.¹

Elizabeth's father was James Mather and her mother was Maria Yates.  Her paternal grandparents were Thomas Matther and Sarah Hall. She had three brothers and two sisters, named Thomas, William, Isaac, Sarah and Maria.  She was the third youngest of the six children.  She died at the age of 3 in March 1839 in Manchester.²
