24 May 1860 James Entwistle (36) a Grocer, son of John Entwistle, a Weaver married Elizabeth Mather (37), daughter of Robert Mather, a Weaver at Bolton Holy Trinity. Marriage witnesses were John Hardman and Sarah Pendlebury.
In 1861, James and Elizabeth had a daughter Margaret Ann Entwistle (or Entwisle), who died an infant.
Elizabeth and James were married in a religious ceremony on May 24th, 1860 at Bolton Holy Trinity witnessed by John Hardman & Sarah Pendlebury.3
