Ann Mather

Ann was born in 1795 in Tyldesley and her baptism took place there on August 12th, 1795.  Ann's father was Jeffery Mather and her mother was Mary Hampson.  Her paternal grandparents were John Mather and Ann Whittle. She had two brothers and two sisters, named Thomas, James, Hannah and Elizabeth.  She was the youngest of the five children.  She died at the age of 2 on December 3rd, 1797 in Tyldesley.  She was buried in December 1797 in Tyldesley.¹
