Abigale Mather

Abigale was born in November 1735 in Middle Hulton and her baptism took place on November 23rd, 1735 at St. Mary (Deane).¹

Abigale's father was Ralph Mather and her mother was Elizabeth Bradley.  Her paternal grandparents were Ralph (Radi) Mather and Abigail Mather. She had two brothers and a sister, named James, William and Alice.  She was the oldest of the four children.  She died at the age of 60 in February 1796 in Shakerley.  She was buried on February 11th, 1796 at St. Mary (Deane).¹
