Benjamin, known as Ben, was born on December 7th, 1869 in Millard.1  Ben's father was John Kenney and his mother was Elizabeth Bennett.  His maternal grandparents were Benjamin Bennett and Catherine Jones. He had three brothers and three sisters, named John, Edward, Albert, Elizabeth, Kate and Pheobe.  He was the third youngest of the seven children.  He died at the age of 78 on December 2nd, 1948 in Los Angeles.1

‌Ben and Harriet were married in a religious ceremony on March 30th, 1892 in Millard. They had three sons and a daughter, named Benjamin, Bert, George and Lissie.  There are possibly more children.
