Nancy Kay

Nancy was born in October 1861 in Little Bolton and her baptism took place on October 7th, 1863 at St. George (Little Bolton).¹²

Nancy's father was John Kay and her mother was Ann Lowe. Her paternal grandparents were Samuel Kay and Nancy Mather. She had a brother and two sisters, named John, Elizabeth and Mary. She was the second oldest of the four children. She died at the age of 24 in October 1885 in Turton. Her burial was on October 26th, 1885 at St. Anne (Turton).³
