William Isherwood

William was born in 1803 in Entwistle and his baptism took place on April 24th, 1803 at St. Anne (Turton).¹

William's father was James Isherwood and his mother was Susan Crompton. He had seven brothers and four sisters, named John, Thomas, James, Ralph, Robert, Harry, Samuel, Margaret, Anne, Jane and Mary. He was the eleventh oldest of the twelve children. He died at the age of 30 in October 1833 in Bolton. His burial was on October 3rd, 1833 at St. Peter's (Bolton).²
