Lawrence Howarth

Lawrence was born in 1641 in Turton and his baptism took place on March 22nd, 1641 at St. Peter's (Bolton).¹

Lawrence's father was Peter Howarth and his mother was Grace Crosse. His paternal grandparents were Lawrence Howarth and Alice Holden. He had six brothers and two sisters, named Lawrence, Thomas, Thomas, Richard, James, John, Alice and Ellen. He was the youngest of the nine children.
