William Hopley

William was born in 1791 in Malpas and his baptism took place on August 21st, 1791 at St. Oswalds (Malpas).¹

Birth Notes

William's father was William Hopley and his mother was Sarah Griffiths. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Hopley and Cicely (Cecilla) Johnson. He had a brother and three sisters, named Joseph, Anne, Martha and Mary. He was the second youngest of the five children.
