In 1789, Ann was a Shore's, Turton when Thomas was baptised. Robert Holt and his wife Mary (formerly Walsh) also lived at Shores 1785-1792. Also Edmund and wife Betty Holt in 1784-1793
Ann and John were married in a religious ceremony on April 11th, 1784 at St. Peter's (Bolton) by Vicar J F Smythe and witnessed by William Rothwell & James Livesoy.2 They had a son named Thomas.
