Birth Notes

Clara's father was John Hampson and her mother was Mary (Marina) Ann Rhodes. Her maternal grandparents were John Rhodes and Mary Worrall. She had six brothers and five sisters, named John, William, Arthur, Ernest, Walter, Joseph, Emma, Martha, Mary, Margaret and Rose. She was the second youngest of the twelve children.
