William Henry Greenhalgh 
William was born in 1871. William's father was Bennett Greenhalgh and his mother was Mary Philling. His paternal grandparents were Squire Greenhalgh and Esther Isherwood. He had six brothers and four sisters, named Jonathan, Arthur, James, Peter, Bennett, Thomas, Ann, Emily, Mary and Lizzie. He was the second oldest of the eleven children.-
