Frances was born in January 1779 in Harthill and her baptism took place on January 24th, 1779 in Shocklach.1  Frances' father was George Green and her mother was Anne Hopley.  Her maternal grandparents were Thomas Hopley and Catherine Lewis. She had three brothers and three sisters, named James, William, George, Margaret, Hannah and Jane.  She died in January 1779 in Harthill.  She was buried on January 30th, 1779 at St. Oswalds (Malpas).
