John was born on June 21st, 1903. John's father was John Byron Entwistle and his mother was Bridget Delia McGuirk. His paternal grandparents were Edward Entwistle and Ellen Marsden. He had two brothers named Edward and Charles. He was the oldest of the three children. He died at the age of 59 on September 21st, 1962 in New York.1 Death Notes
