John Schofield Carter

John was born on May 31st, 1893 in Saddleworth.¹ John's father was Daniel Rhodes Carter and his mother was Mary Alice Schofield. His paternal grandparents were George Carter and Mary Buckley; his maternal grandparents were John Schofield and Ann (Sarah) Sandiford. He was an only child. He died at the age of 61 on December 30th, 1954 in Saddleworth.²
