James Buist

James' father was James Buist and his mother was Catherine Ramsay.  His paternal grandparents were <Unknown> and Magdalene Matthewson. He had five sisters named Mary, Jane, Jessie, Williamina and Betsy.  He was the second oldest of the six children. He had four half-brothers and two half-sisters, named Richard, John, George, David, Annie and Magdaline.  He died at the age of 68 on April 13th, 1957 in Govan.¹
