Sarah's father was George Buckley and her mother was Sally Andrew.  Her paternal grandparents were Joseph Buckley and Mary Schofield. She had five brothers and three sisters, named George, Samuel, John, George, Robert, Mary, Sarah and Ann.  She was the third youngest of the nine children.  She died at 2 months old in December 1824 in Waterhead Mill.  She was buried on December 20th, 1824 at Greenacres Chapel (Independant).¹
