Jane was born in 1623 in Brereton cum Smethwick and her baptism took place there on May 11th, 1623.¹

Birth Notes

Jane's father was Sir John Brereton and her mother was Lady Anne Fyton. Her paternal grandparents were Lord William Brereton and Margaret Savage; her maternal grandparents were Sir Edward Fyton and Dame Anne Fyton. She had three brothers and a sister, named William II, John, Edward and Mary. She was the third oldest of the five children. She died at the age of 25 in 1648.
