Emma (Emily) Brereton 
Emma, known as Emily, was born in 1866 in Audlem.1 Emily's father was Henry Brereton and her mother was Elizabeth Ellerton. Her paternal grandparents were George Brereton and Sarah Fearns. She had four brothers and four sisters, named George, Edwin, (William), John, Sarah, Mary, Jane and Eliza. Emily and Eliza were twins. She died at the age of 78 in 1944.-
