Hannah was born on December 19th, 1694 in Birkrigg Park.1  Hannah's father was David Atkinson and her mother was Sarah Wilkinson.  Her paternal grandparents were Robert Atkinson and Agnes Storey; her maternal grandparents were John Wilkinson and Dorothy Wilkinson. She had a brother and seven sisters, named Robert, Rachel, Sarah, Isabel, Dorothy, Margaret, Agnes and Elizabeth.  She was the fifth oldest of the nine children.  She died at the age of 42 on September 1st, 1737 in Westmorland.  Her burial was on November 3rd, 1737 in Westmorland.
