Birth Notes

Charlotte's father was Charles Carroll Addison and her mother was Hannah Elizabeth Johnson. Her maternal grandparents were (John) William Johnson and Ellen Nora Mather. She had two brothers and three sisters, named Alfred, Donald, Daisy, Stella and Hilda. She was the second oldest of the six known children. She died at the age of 74 on March 4th, 1988 in Maryland (MD).²
