Calvin Perkins Giddings 
Calvin was born on February 6th, 1808 in Barkhamsted, Litchfield County, Connecticut.1 Calvin's father was Clarke Giddings and his mother was Susanna Perkins. His paternal grandparents were Joshua Giddings and Submit Jones. He had four brothers and a sister, and also three siblings of unknown gender, named Samuel, George, Homer, Austin, Sarah, Almon, Salmon and Erastus. He had three half-sisters named Emily, Harriet and Maria. He died at the age of 24 on July 3rd, 1832.1 -
