Sarah was born on July 16th, 1685 in Ipswich, Essex County, Massachusetts.1  Sarah's father was Joseph (John) Andrews Sr and her mother was Sarah Ringe.  Her paternal grandparents were Lt John Andrews and Jane Jordan; her maternal grandparents were Daniel Ringe and Mary Kinsman. She had three brothers and five sisters, named Joseph, John, Daniel, Susanna, Jane, Hannah, Dorothy and Lucy.  She was the second oldest of the nine children.  She died at the age of 63 on February 1st, 1749 in Lyme, New London County, Connecticut.  She was buried at the Marvin Cemetery, Lyme, Connecticut.2 2
