Daniel was born in 1700 in Ipswich, Essex County, Massachusetts.1   Daniel's father was Joseph (John) Andrews Sr and his mother was Sarah Ringe.  His paternal grandparents were Lt John Andrews and Jane Jordan; his maternal grandparents were Daniel Ringe and Mary Kinsman. He had two brothers and six sisters, named Joseph, John, Sarah, Susanna, Jane, Hannah, Dorothy and Lucy.  He was the second youngest of the nine children.  He died before April 6th, 1747 in Ipswich, Essex County, Massachusetts.1
