Joseph Andrews Jr 
Joseph was born in 1682 in Ipswich, Essex County, Massachusetts.1 Joseph's father was Joseph (John) Andrews Sr and his mother was Sarah Ringe. His paternal grandparents were Lt John Andrews and Jane Jordan; his maternal grandparents were Daniel Ringe and Mary Kinsman. He had two brothers and six sisters, named John, Daniel, Sarah, Susanna, Jane, Hannah, Dorothy and Lucy. He was the oldest of the nine children. He died at the age of 80 in 1762 in Ipswich, Essex County, Massachusetts.1 General Notes

Note: Joseph resided in Chebacco parish, Ipswich. Administration of Joseph's estate was granted 3 May 1762. Among the assets was a Negro servant "Cuffee", his homestead of about 61 acres; salt marsh a Clark's Creek and at Walker's Creek; 14 acres of wood in Gloucester.
