Mary was born on February 17th, 1763.  Mary's father was John Sr. Jackson and her mother was Mary Elizabeth Hodges.  Her paternal grandparents were Joseph Jackson Sr. and Ann Jarvis.  She was the fourth of twelve children.  She had three brothers and eight sisters, named John Jackson, Joseph Joe, James, Agnes, Susanna, Jeannie, Ann, Elizabeth, Nancy, Martha and Patsy.  She died at the age of 80 on November 6th, 1843.
