Palmer OCKENDEN 
Palmer was born on November 29th, 1847 in Adelaide, SA.1 Palmer's father was Palmer OCKENDEN and his mother was Emma MARSHALL. His paternal grandparents were William OCKENDEN and Elizabeth HILLS. He had three brothers and five sisters, named William, Robert, Harry, Frances, Emma, Agnes, Clara and Catherine. He was the fourth youngest of the nine children. He died at the age of 76 in 1923 in Footscray, VIC.2 Death Notes
