Jane JOWSEY 
Jane was born on February 23rd, 1836 in Wykeham, North Yorkshire, England and her christening took place there on February 24th, 1836.1 2 Jane's father was John JOWSEY and her mother was Ann ROBINSON. Her paternal grandparents were Richard JOWSEY and Mary BAKER; her maternal grandparents were Thomas ROBINSON and Ann CROSS. She had five brothers and four sisters, named William, Thomas, Richard, John, Robert, Elizabeth, Sarah, Elizabeth and Mary. She was the fifth oldest of the ten children. She died at the age of 70 on April 19th, 1906 in Stokesley, Yorkshire, England.1 General Notes
