Malcolm Renton 
Malcolm was born in 1847 in St Pancras, London, England. Malcolm's father was Thomas Borrowman Renton and his mother was Sarah Anne Hayes. His paternal grandparents were William Renton and Marion Borrowman; his maternal grandparents were Unknown and Ann Hayes. He had nine brothers and three sisters, named William Hayes, Horace, Oliver, Arthur Robert, Ronald, Ernest Inkerman, Tom, Harold, Allan, Elizabeth Edith, Marion Alison Hayes and Olivia Hayes. He was the third oldest of the thirteen children.-
