Hon. Colin Lindsay 
Colin was born on December 6th, 1819. Colin 's father was James Lindsay (24th Earl of Crawford) and his mother was Hon. Maria Margaret Francis Pennington. His paternal grandparents were General Alexander Lindsay (6th Earl of Balcarres) and Elizabeth Dalrymple (Countess of Balcarres ). He had three brothers named Alexander William Crawford, James and Charles Hugh . He was the youngest of the four children. He died at the age of 72 on January 28th, 1892.-
