Anne was born before 1625.  Anne's father was Colin MacKenzie (1st Earl of Seaforth) and her mother was Lady Margaret Seton.  Her maternal grandparents were Alexander Seton (1st Earl of Dunfermline) and Lilias Drummond.  She was an only child.  She died on May 2nd, 1707.
