James Frederick Cookson 
James Frederick was born on January 27th, 1910 in Islington, London. James Frederick's father was George Theodore Cookson and his mother was Alice Maud Putterill. His paternal grandparents were Charles Frederick Cookson and Constance Emily Gillett; his maternal grandparents were James Putterill and Alice Green. He had five brothers named George Edward, Albert Theodore, Kathleen E M, Sidney W and Frank. He was the oldest of the six children. He died at the age of 66 in June 1976 in Surrey NW.-
