George Edward Cookson 
George Edward was born on April 19th, 1911 in Islington, London. George Edward's father was George Theodore Cookson and his mother was Alice Maud Putterill. His paternal grandparents were Charles Frederick Cookson and Constance Emily Gillett; his maternal grandparents were James Putterill and Alice Green. He had five brothers named James Frederick, Albert Theodore, Kathleen E M, Sidney W and Frank. He was the second oldest of the six children. He died at the age of 81 in May 1992 in E Dereham, Norfolk.-
