Frank Cookson 
Frank was born in September 1926 in Farnham, Surrey. Frank's father was George Theodore Cookson and his mother was Alice Maud Putterill. His paternal grandparents were Charles Frederick Cookson and Constance Emily Gillett; his maternal grandparents were James Putterill and Alice Green. He had five brothers named James Frederick, George Edward, Albert Theodore, Kathleen E M and Sidney W. He is the youngest of the six children.-
