Edward Cookson 
Edward was born on December 8th, 1714 in Crewkerne, Somerset and his baptism took place on December 26th, 1714. Edward's father was John Cookson and his mother was Dorothy Long. His paternal grandparents were William Cookson and Elizabeth Whitfield. He had five brothers and four sisters, named Unknown, William, John, Thomas, Joseph, Edith, Elizabeth, Anne and Dorothy. He was the youngest of the ten children.-
