Jennie Littlewood

Jennie was born in 1906 in Esh Winning, Co Durham.¹ Jennie's father was Simon Littlewood and her mother was Mary Hannah Bell. Her paternal grandparents were Samuel Littlewood and Frances Riseborough; her maternal grandparents were Henderson Bell and Jane Smith. She had six brothers named Simon, John, Albert, Henderson, Alfred and Joseph. She was the youngest of the seven children.
