Henderson Bell

Henderson was born on March 9th, 1851 in Bale Hill, Allendale, Northumberland.¹   Henderson's father was John Bell and his mother was Hannah Hetherington.  His paternal grandfather was William Bell; his maternal grandfather was John Hetherington. He had two brothers and two sisters, named James, William, Margaret and Elizabeth.  He was the oldest of the five children. He had five half-brothers and two half-sisters, named Wallace, John, James, Stephen, Joseph, Mary and Jane.  He died at the age of 43 in 1894 in Chester Le St, Co Durham.²
