William Boynton

William was born in 1862 in Bramley, Leeds, Yorkshire.¹ William's father was Samuel Boynton and his mother was Ann Eliza Garforth. His paternal grandparents were Henry Boynton and Mary Ann Cowgill. He had five brothers and a sister, named Samuel, Henry, John, Alfred, Samuel and Mary. He was the fourth oldest of the seven children.
