Samuel Boynton 
Samuel was born on February 9th, 1834 in Armley, Leeds, Yorkshire.1 Samuel's father was Henry Boynton and his mother was Mary Ann Cowgill. His paternal grandparents were Robert Boynton and Ann Holmes; his maternal grandparents were William Cowgill and <Unknown>. He had a brother and two sisters, named William, Martha and Eliza. He was the oldest of the four children. He died at the age of 33 in 1867.2 -
